Used a groupon. Had a reservation for two hours already set up from the time they opened that morning, even though the groupon was for one hour. At the end of the hour, they tell us we have to go because there is a party coming and no other lanes are available. I explain I had a reservation for two hours so they finally say we can swap to another lane but in the middle of the discussion they cut our game off on the current lane in the middle of our game and swapped it over to the new lane. Needless to say after the hassle and being cut off during the game we just left. Very aggravated and apparently unless you're a big party they don't care. After all we were just groupon users looking to save a buck right? unsure emoticon
