I was dismayed to read a decent review of this hideous business. They must have written it themselves. Myself, I brought there a 22 carat gold coin which, later, a rival establishment loaned me 600. 00dollars for. The owner here at first expressed scepticism that the gold coin was genuine (O, it was genuine, alright!). They then took my coin to examine it and, without even Asking me, they PUT a SCRATCH IN IT - to "test" it! The owner seemed to consider this defacement of property acceptable! She then offered me 200. dollars for it! A joke... if you intend on retrieving your item undamaged, or if you want a fair market loan on it , do not waste your time with this ignorant joke of a business .
