The customer was horrible.....The manage or person in charge was rude and when I questioned how good their product was vs an airbrush tan she acted like I was crazy and they had the best product on the market.....The stand up machine tan I received was horrible....The color didnt even show up on my abdomen and both feet were bright orange....If I had purchased their can of spray tan in addition to the tan there would have hardly been anything on my body....total waste of money and I will never go their again

This tanning establishment is terrible, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They have sub-par services and their customer service is terrible. The employees are rude and only work there for the "free tanning" benefit that they recieve. Their corporate office ignores customer complaints and they talk to customers as though any issues are the customer fault. If you ever try to contact any district or regional manager, they ignore you, and when they do finally return your call they talk down to customers and refuse to reimburse funding for any services. I do not recommend going to this tanning salon ever, you will not be happy with their service.
