As a repeat customer, I've been extremely satisfied with my experiences at Alford Motors. The staff were just as professional and helpful with a new Tahoe purchase as they were in finding the perfect reliable used car for my teenager. The exceptional staff, quality selection, and the support they give to both military and local communities makes Alford Motors a first class place to do business.

I had my gmc canyon in there not once but twice to just inspect my hood latch. not only did they leave me in the dark, but they also kept messing my name up. I've since taken my vehicle else where.

I have had nothing but problems with Alford Motors from purchasing a vehicle to getting it serviced has been one headache after another. The finance lady messed up my paperwork so I had to go back and re-sign everything again. My name on my registration is still misspelled because she messed up on it 3 more times before we got there tosign it all again. Last Friday I was there from 10 am to 230 pm trying to get my tire sensors fixed. Come to find out they sold me the truck without it having any tire pressure sensors installed. Even after spending the whole day there thinking it was being fixed by the time I drove back to deridder the sensor light had come back on. Now I have been trying since friday evening to get someone to call me back so I can waste more gas to go back up there and attempt to get it fixed again! I do not recommend buying a vehicle from alford motors! They are quick to call you and talk to you when they are trying to make a sale, but after you sign the dotted line they don't want anything else to do with you.
