Does not take Debit card & they will not work with you & Gentleman working at time was very rued !!

I'm not usually one that likes to write a review about anybody. Here's the deal. Over the last eight months I've been with this company, I received a bill maybe four months, never received a disconnect notice, but they are damn sure real quick to turn the water off when you are late. Not to mention you can't pay by card. The only ways you can pay these people is either in person in cash or Mail a check. You would think a company with so many customers could afford to get the upgrade and get with the times.

Not sure why bad review. Great people!! @I_Love_my_3_boys Why should you have to post date a check unless your leaving town? Just wait until you have the money in your account. I paid by check all the time and no issues. stop giving bad ratings just because you don't know how to budget your finances.

You cannot pay by credit card, you cannot set up direct payments and if you send a check you have to attach a sticky note if you post date a check because they are too lazy and unorganized to check. Never in all of my years have I seen a company that doesn't check the date on their checks. That was their excuse when they cashed my check early that I should have put a post-it on it because they don't check dates on checks...isn't that the purpose of the POST-DATE? What business doesn't check the date of their checks? Especially when you cannot pay online or on the phone! Have fun with this sad excuse of a business that requires post-its from their customers to remain organized. Maybe if they hired competent people you wouldn't have to attach a post-it! Seriously, get your act together and enter into the 21st century.
