Been here 10 months, and like it !!!!! Tried other parks, but I like this one. I like it is hidden. There is not a lot of traffic inside park and the people who stay here are (considerate of others) the owner is nice person and will not tolerate nonsense. Need a complete the road, but I never had hard time getting in or out like some other parks.

I stayed there for 18 months the park is real quiet and clean never heard anyone missing anything. JD is real nice easy person to get along with. I enjoyed walking my dog in the grass. Only lost power twice for short time and never had problem accessing the park road need some help but over all I would recommend it to anyone living in a camper around leesville or FT. Polk are

great place very quiet, close to schools, gas, bar and has washer dryers, showers. very happy

I have been here since this park opened, great location close to Fort Polk back entrance hwy 171 and 10. convenient store right across the street. Friendly's Bar right next door. Very quiet and peaceful. Great Lighting for night time. Shower room , wash & dryer room, Free Wifi . Could not have found a better location and place. Rent very reasonable.
