Provided by YP.comThis place started off a few years ago as an amazing eye center. My husband is a 100% disabled veteran and used his VA health care to get his eyes checked here. Before the son took over my husband would have accurate prescriptions. Now 3+ years later his prescriptions are ALWAYS wrong. My husband has a astigmatism and bad eyes. So we understand it takes a good eye doctor to get his prescription correct. However, we went twice less than 2 weeks apart to get his prescription checked. Within two weeks the prescriptions were different. They do NOT care. My husband broke his last pair of glasses he owns and has been using since he got his correct prescription over 3+ years ago. Now my husband has wrong prescriptions and plenty of glasses that are not the correct prescription and there is nothing we can do. It's disgusting how WRONG this office is.

Provided by YP.comThe office staff is very unorganized and always running behind. No matter what time my daughter's appointment is they never get her back on time. They forget to do therapy on both eyes some days. Trying to get a report from the therapist takes a lot of time which becomes frustrating when you need it for school. Dr. LeBlanc is a very nice and is clearly knowledgeable in his field but he gets sidetracked very easily. I did not go to medical school so it's difficult to keep up with and understand all the information he gives you.

Provided by YP.comDr. Leblanc has a passion for helping people through his work. HOWEVER, his Leesville office staff is very close to the worst staff I have dealt with in a medical setting. They drop the ball at every turn and almost called my husband and me liars today. They did not use the word liar, but it was strongly inferred. The person who handles scleral contact lens education and followup is supposedly certified, but I found her from the beginning to not instill confidence. She repeatedly dropped the lens she was trying to insert in my eye on the surface of her hard and likely filthy desk and did not even bother to rinse it with saline before attempting to place it in my eye again and again. I am a first-time contact lens wearer. She gave me very little care information and didn't not even have me watch a video about lens care and such and certainly did not point me towards any resources I could use at home. I found resources for myself online. 6 months of repeated bad service.

Provided by YP.comDr Leblanc and his staff are as good as it gets. I moved to Houston 12 years ago and try as I might, I could not find a vision center to make a pair of glasses worth wearing at any price. I drove to Leesville, LA; My issues were addressed and solved at a far cheaper price, that afforded me to be able to buy two pair of glasses for the price of one.

Provided by YP.comThis is one of the best I clinic, that I have been to. I took my 9 year old child to the eye doctor in Walmart they told us he would need glasses, bought glasses 600.00 laters to find out that he has lazy eye, which I was told by another Dr. that the glasses will not correct it. So we have been using DR. Leblanc and I must say he is one of the best to deal with Kids. Thanks for all that ya'll do.

Provided by YP.comI, myself and my great aunt went to Doctor LeBlanc and received excellent treatment and I know that I got more than my monies worth, I had a stroke and he cleared my vision up. My aunt was going to see a eye doctor in Mansfield, LA for years and she was so blind that she needed help to move around in the house. She went to see Dr. LeBlanc after I told her about my experience with him and after several visits and a implants and with new glasses she is just about 20/20 once again. The person that posted the negative report on Doctor LeBlanc must have an alternative reason. I would ask around and I promise, anyone you ask in Leesville, LA or Alexandria, LA will swear by him... Not to mention he is a christian man that definitely puts other people needs before his own...Now!! for the person that said that he over charged. I wonder did he shop prices before going to see Doctor LeBlanc and if he did, I bet all the doctors charges was somewhere in the same price range. It seems if there was a cheaper doctor, he would have went there. So ! like I said obviously....... there is something personal going on here. I would recommend that you not listen to me or the person that made the complaint, but instead base your opinion on your own experience. I wrote the response to the ad.. because of my experience with Dr. LeBlanc and I believe that each person deserves a fair and balanced opportunity to live their life with out someone trying to sabotage him or his business.

Provided by YP.comThis eye center overcharges, they do not check your prescription prior to leaving the facility. They lie about what they will charge you, then you cannot get your money back. It appeared that Dr. LeBlanc was more concerned with receiving his money, than he was in actually fitting me with the correct prescription. I lost quite a bit of money and came out with nothing, no glasses, no contacts! There are plenty of other eye physicians in this area, I would suggest one of them. I am so sorry I ever went here.
