Although this park was grungy looking upon arrival, we chose to stay there for eight months do to it being located right outside of one of the military base gates. It was all about convenience at the time. After being there a few months and getting to know some of the people there, some shady things came to light about many of the residents AND the owner. There are lots of drug addicts, drugs, and drunks living in the park. Also, we found out that no one pays the same amount of rent, even though she has a "set price list". Whatever price she wants to charge you is what you will pay. Upon us leaving the park for good, she decided that she would double our cost to move and became very rude and belligerent. She did NOT win that battle! In the end, she was pissed that we were leaving and she would not be getting my husband's guaranteed military pay.
