You tried to call the office and you dial zero and nobody will answer the phone I just tried to call down there and I ended up hitting 0 42 times and still haven't got nobody to answer the phone at the front desk I don't know what's going on with this office up there but this is about as screwed up as I've ever seen it I called yesterday to get two prescriptions refilled and only got one called in and have a problem with that one and tried to get back in touch with somebody this morning and can't get through to nobody the girls up in the front desk have no idea what they're doing apparently they just let the phone ring and ring and ring and ring and ring 42 * is unacceptable I can understand three or four times because it was somebody's on the telephone or whatever but 42 times

Always helpful, Always caring and Always there for your individual needs. Would go to BL for everything if I could!! I definitely recommend going here for any of your medical needs, almost like a little hospital with so many rooms and Doctors on staff. Always a great experience!
