We decided to have our wedding reception at there beautiful facilities. We were promised that the manager of the facility would act as our coordinator and provide us all the services that entails. She did not in any way do this. She was disorganized. She forgot to do the things we asked her to do. She did not plan for nor was she able to handle the number of guests we had even though she said she could. People ended up still standing in line for food 15 minutes before the reception was to end. We had asked for an open bar and they ended up charging our guests. Many of the things we had planned were not able to be done due to the poor management of Spinners. Do not use this facility for any big events you will be greatly disappointed. I do want to say though that the staff there was great and did the best they could despite the poor management and planning.
