Chapman Properties focuses on designing and constructing Class A business parks in Western Pennsylvania. With over 2 million SF of existing industrial space and 2.5 million SF in the design/development phase, Chapman pursues opportunities for brownfield site redevelopment, speculative industrial building construction, and build-to-suit industrial and office development ( for sale or lease ).As an industrial developer, we design and build space to support manufacturers, retailers, transportation companies, third-party logistics providers and other businesses with large scale distribution needs.Retaining our tenants and exceeding their expectations are Chapman Properties' highest priorities. We develop, lease and manage our own properties exclusively, so our tenants only have to deal with one source for all issues. Chapman Properties does not manage outside accounts or properties, concentrating 100% on responding quickly and efficiently to our tenants' needs.
