I had a neutral experience the first time I went to this office. I returned less than a year later to have a medical recommendation completed for an adoption profile. Though it is standard practice to complete this form so long as you've been seen within a year, the doctor refused to do so. They required I be seen again. Ironically, my insurance won t cover another physical because it s been less than a year!



Honestly, though I am annoyed with their refusal, it was the way I was treated that left me feeling frustrated, belittled, and nearly in tears. I felt that the staff who took my request were beyond unhelpful--they were rude and condescending. Honestly, I won t ever return and I cannot recommend this office to anyone. When dealing with medical problems and issues, you should feel that the doctor and staff are supportive and sympathetic.
