I got several quotes, and to be honest Best Vinyl was not the cheaper one. But when Aaron with Best Vinyl showed up for my last quote I knew I was going with them. He was way professional, knowledgeable and I truly believed he was there for the customer and not just to sell a fence.It started with Aaron and continued with the work crews. Watching them work, it was clear how much they paid attention to detail. I received great customer service throughout the project. Aaron always answered his phone when I had questions and I was regularly updated.I would recommend Best Vinyl to my friends and family, that's how much I enjoyed working with them and my new fence.

I contacted 6 companies by phone and email to come and give me a vinyl fence bid. Cody was the only person to return my call. Cody promptly scheduled a time to come meet with me, to measure and give me an estimate. He was on time, very personable and knowledgeable about the product. The installation crew was the best I have seen. They showed up on time and on the day that was scheduled. Jeff personally called me to meet with him to find out exactly where to run the fence, and to find out my expectations prior to starting the project. All of Best Vinyl's employees were very polite and courteous and made me feel like it was their pleasure to work with me. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves both times they were at my house. As a business owner myself, I can appreciate how hard it is to find good employees. I was always happy with my fence. Now, I am happy with their follow-up. After four years, the latch on my big gate broke. They said no problem. My salesman from four years ago replaced the latch within a couple of days. No charge. He apologized for not getting there sooner and said if you know someone in need of a fence "give them my number". "Tell them we take good care of our customers". Now I have told everyone.
