I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! Fresh food that I've never once had an issue with! I visit regularly. Sometimes the employees are a little short, but even that is WAY above par for fast food. It's very family friendly and affordable.

not what I expected

I stopped at el pollo loco after picking someone up from the airport. I do not eat fast food-- but we were starved. WOW! I haven't been to that other chicken place in a decade because fast food is usually awful. I couldn't believe the freshness and the quality. In the month since discovering pollo loco I have made the 14 mile trip about once a week. This is just plain fresh, flavorful, unscary good food!
