Five Star Fence Company gave the best bid, and was able to accommodate some landscaping needs. They quoted 2 weeks waiting and 1 to 1.5 weeks to do the job. 12 weeks later, the fence was complete and the landscaping was only partially done. After meeting to pay the final payment, they offered to do the remaining work for free (minus the cost of materials) to make us feel better about the delays. I have not seen or heard from them since. My phone calls and texts are ignored.
In conclusion, Five Star Fence Company does good work when they show up. They might be better or more punctual if you’re a commercial job, but if you’re a residential customer, be prepared to wait. If you’re a residential customer and need the job done in a reasonable time frame, don’t hold your breath, and don’t use Five Star Fence.
