Provided by YP.comUse Lehi Animal hospital, not Utah Veterinary Hospital in American Fork. My son took a dog to Utah Veterinary Hospital for X-rays before her due date. They charged twice as much as any other vet ($203) that we used for X-rays before. They didn't let him go in because of covid. They took forever. When they brought the dog back to the car, my son couldn't find the debit card. He had a flight to make, and left to come get the card from home, so he could make his flight on time. We couldn't find it, and he had to leave for the airport.
I called them later to pay. They put me on hold forever. I have cancer, and while I was on he phone, I passed out from standing up and ended up in the hospital again. Four days later, after I got out, I went to the vet to pay on my way home from the hospital. They wanted me to pay an additional 33% because we didn't pay the same day.
They had already sent it to collections after ONE day. They also called the police because a cop left a message on my phone, which I didn't listen to until today. They wanted the additional fees and wanted me to sign paperwork saying that I would pay the fee and a bunch of other legal stuff. My name wasn't even on any of the paperwork, why would I add it now? My sons name was, but he was back in Japan.
I was willing to pay the $203 even though I thought it was too much, but they wouldn't't accept my money unless I signed all that paperwork. I didn't do it. They could go out to people at cars to get pets, but NOT ONE PERSON COULD COME TALK TO ME AT MY CAR. I could have called them from home. I left with the understanding that it was in collections and would eventually find it's way to my son. I guess he'll deal with it then. But seriously, if something comes up in life, like passing out from cancer, don't go there because they will ask for an arm and a leg and you'll have to make a deal with the devil in blood. I wouldn't even take a dead animal there now. They probably ruin that too. Oh, I never saw the X-rays or got an explanation of the visit either. How do I know they even did them?

Provided by YP.comMy husband & I have been taking our dogs to see Dr. Chamberlain for years. He is very good with our dogs & spends the time to ensure that they get taken care of, every time. His staff is always friendly - my dogs feel comfortable with all of them. The staff knows my dogs by name, which helps them feel comfortable at a place that can normally be scary for them. The clinic is always clean and sanitized, as well. We will never go anywhere else!

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I love Lehi Animal Hospital. Dr Chamberlain is a world class Vet in every respect. We also love his caring and professional staff. As a retired Navy Captain, we met and worked with many Vet's around the world, in caring for our Sheties. Dr Chamberlain is the best Vet we have worked with, both in this country and internationally. Lastly, our Shelty Rex loves him! What more can I say, but God Bless America and DR Chamberlain.
