Lyceum Human Performance is a group and personal training gym with an emphasis on proper movement, functional strength and overall fitness. We focus on three things: Training Hard, Training Smart, and Training Together. Our mission is to help people achieve their personal fitness goals by using proper levels of intensity, intelligent workout programming, and a community of peers that strengthen and support one another. The primary tools that we use for strength and conditioning are the Russian Kettlebell, TRX suspension trainer and your own body. In addition we have a mixed martial arts program for all skill levels that is a great supplement to your strength and condition program.We offer co-ed group classes as well as women's only classes throughout the day.
