Cashier dropped my pasta before it was out of the warmer and insisted I still pay for the spilled pasta took my money and came back and said there was no more pasta but refused to give me my money back. 3 employees and 15 min later I was still standing there waiting for my 20 bucks back they wanted to call someone on the phone and do all this stuff they needed to give me my damn 20 bucks back right away is what they needed to be doing.

The last two pizzas we ordered from this store, we ordered a flat crust and a regular crust. Both came as regular crust. We also paid for and ordered extra cheese on both pizza's and there was NO cheese on either. I won't be ordering from this Pizza hut anymore. This was the third time they messed up our order.
