I think old Maxxfordham (below) might work for a rival or be slightly deranged. This place is great and the owners are great. Young, yes, but super nice and helpful.

Caramel apples are super good. I like the one with Snickers the best. Don't like the display chocolates as much, except for the caramel squares. So so good.

I thought that going into a chocolate store would be a nice experience, but this particular location has ruined that for me! Never do business with so-called "owners" that are still stuck in their lame 20-somethings, because they think they're "all that and a box of chocolates"!

(LINE-FEEDS needed.)

These guys do not allow innocent curious questions in their store, unlike what reasonable, good business managers/owners would do. They get all unjustly annoyed like whiny cry-babies at the least bit of reasonable curiosity about their store (and no, I do not mean trade secrets, as if lame 20-somethings could have thought of any) such as how they started it or why the franchises have notable price- and product discrepancies unlike McDonald's franchises, etc.; or more important questions like ones about combining punch-card/stamp-card reward coupons (like in case you can't find one you had and then get another and then find the previous one later).

(LINE-FEEDS needed.)

The idiot guy even wrongfully accused me of so-he-called "loitering" just because before I got in line to order I was asking a few questions and looking at the product and *then* standing in line. He wrongfully claimed that I was supposedly "loitering for 45 minutes"! Well "excUUSE me, 'bud'," but most of that time was taken up just WAITING IN LINE FOR YOU SLOW-POKES to get your crap done for a few earlier customers! If you don't want people to even browse or ask a few questions about your store, then you should NOT be in business, because that is *terrrible* customer nonservice! It was such a bad experience that I left my already-used purchases there and made them return my money and then left! If I could give this review ZERO stars, I would!

While their chocolate drink product has several flavors that not all franchises have, they charge a much higher price for a "large" that isn't even as big as the large size at the somewhat neighboring Provo store, and it costs a lot more even without the extra flavoring. This "large" is $3.25 *without* the extra flavoring ($.50 even more for a shot of extra flavoring), and it's only 16 ounces. The small size here is only 8 oz but is still $2.75, the price of the *large* 20-oz. size at Provo! (I'll have to investigate the American Fork store and see how their selection is. Thank goodness they have separate franchisees!) And what flavor it does have tastes watered down compared to the Provo franchise's good and *strong* hot chocolate drink! Provo's small size is $2.00.

I do recommend visiting the PROVO store (or one of the others) instead, because its (Provo's) owners are much more reasonable and friendly! I asked them some similar questions and then asked if they thought those were "annoying" or if they thought I was supposedly "loitering," and they said no--and with a happy tone as confirmation! Good on ya, Provo store for being worthy of the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory name, which this Lehi store is NOT! Let the Lehi store learn a lesson or 2 or 3 or more about how to treat customers RIGHT!
