I recently closed with them in April on my second home and let me tell ya they were exceptional to work with. When my husband and I bought our first home a while ago we worked with a different title company and select compared to them they were beyond amazing. We worked with shianne the receptionist, who was super pleasent to talk too and very helpful. Also our escrow officer was Rachel who was very professional and knew her stuff. If you plan on buying a home go through them!

Best title company ever!! I'll never go anywhere else!! Rachel and summer are the best team and I know I am in good hands when I send my clients to them.

By far the best title company I have had the pleasure of working with. I had a complicated real estate transaction that I had taken to two other title companies that wouldn't touch it and was left feeling stuck. The second title company actually suggested that I have Wendy Wilson at Select Title look at it. She is one of the most professional, hard working, knowledgeable people that I have had the chance to work with and I am so thankful she was able to get the issues with the property resolved. I would highly recommend Select Title.

Closed on our house in 2011. Select Title said our title was free and clear. A month after we closed the city told us there was a notice of non-compliance on our property and our title was not clear. We could not do anything with our home. . Build, sell or even get a business license. We contacted the owner of this company (Wendy Wilson) to help resolve the issue because they are the ones that missed this problem on our title. Once she found out the cost to fix these issues, which is $40,000+, she stopped helping us. She gave us the run around for about a year blaming her employees for the negligence. We met with her twice and she made us feel comfortable this issue would get resolved. Nothing has happened for 4 year and we are continuing to fight with a layer to get this fixed with the city and Select Title. Oh and our policy states that this issue is covered by them but they refuse to take any accountably. Shame on them.
