Be very very careful when doing any dealing with these people. They are very unscrupulous. Stay away.

Be careful of this agency. They are very unethical. They do Dual representation without disclosing it to you in the beginning. My husband and I had a very bad experience. The listing agency actually told us that she works for us and that their Asset Management was a different entity. They then worked together, lied to us throughout the process. They increased the price of the house at the last minute to cover FHA required repairs even though they told us in the beginning they would take care of the repairs. This is just one of the many issues we had with them. Stay away from them if you do not want to be bamboozled.
