We were looking for a place to rent and found one in the Cape that was managed by Rossman Realty. Since homes were going so fast we had to grab a house as soon as it went on the market. While walking the house we found that it was not clean, no paint touch up, bad repairs, and things unrepaired. Since moving in we have had nothing but problems getting things fixed. There are several things that remain unfixed and they don't respond to emails. I would warn anyone looking to rent to stay away from Rossman!! They DO NOT care about their tenants!!! Their handyman is a joke!! He is only concerned with doing as little as possible and getting back home. Plus he is very condescending and does shoddy work!! Like I said find another company to deal with!!!! This company SUCKS!!!!!!
