What an amazing, professional, knowledgeable, supportive agent.
With a work load of nearly unimaginable scope after a catastrophe,
Michelle made me feel like a VIP client. Wrote e-mails and made phone calls on my behalf, followed up with phone calls and e-mails, sent me valuable information in regards to using contractors and how to protect against leans, reviewed my Ins policy. Something I had not done in years. Michelle ended up saving me hundreds of dollars a year after her review of my policy. Same great coverage but my home had been over valued resulting in higher premiums.
