very bad customer service. never return calls (I have made 3 to no avail) I was forced to deal with them as my other plan stopped using my insurance. This is my 2nd go round with them. Many years ago I had the same experience. I even wrote and complained to home office AND sent a bill to them for MY LOST TIME and wages due to no shows for services...What a joke they are
