Provided by YP.comI went in for an early morning appointment and was seen almost exactly ontime. There were 2 dentists there and a surgeon. I found the office staff very friendly and accomodating. The dentist I saw was very professional and friendly. She did a wonderful job with my cleaning (no hygenist) and gave lots of personal attention. My husband saw the other dentist there and was also very pleased with him. If I did have to wait, I would. Every medical/dental office I have been to in town makes me wait, but at this office I was actually given personal attention and great dental treatment!!!

Provided by YP.comThe bad experience starts in the tiny waiting area. No privacy if you need to discuss personal info. I waited over two hours after my appointment time to be shown to a room and then waited some more. There was one dentist there and no hygenist. The dentist did my cleaning. She was going from one patient room to another the whole time I was there, "multi-tasking", so she could see multiple patients at the same time! All that did was increase my wait time. While I was in the waiting room another patient told me that the wait times at this office were routinely over and hour long, but that they took medicaid so she was wiling to wait. If they only have one dentist and no hygenist than they need to schedule their patient load so that they can provide better customer service. It's just greed when doctors and dentists overbook themselves so they can see more patients.
