Will never go back to this location again. My husband was made to feel like he stole a pair of headphones because he accidentally purchased them on his debit card and when later trying to make a refund to buy them again on his GAME STOP credit card (both has his name on it and he also had an Id to prove both were his) he was told that if it doesn't work out for him this time then they will have to keep the headphones and cut their loses. This manager needs to find another job asap.

I went to GameStop in Leland on 3/1/15 and purchased a pre-owned Xbox 360, hard drive, and a pre-owned copy of Grand Theft Auto V. I was talked down to for not knowing the different 360 model and release years. I got home and hooked up my machine only to discover that the disc tray was broken and would not open. So on 3/2/15, I took the console and went to a different GameStop location (Sigmon Rd in WIlmington) and got a newer, better, and more importantly functional Xbox at a better price. I go home, hook everything up for the second time, only to find that the copy of GTA V I bought does not work. The disc is unreadable. I spent $174.85 at this GameStop location. Every penny of it was on broken merchandise.
