Provided by YP.comI am so pleased! Thomas from Mr. Appliance was so extremely courteous, professional, and always on time! He did a wonderful job. His perseverance and knowledge resulted in my washer being repaired at much less than another company quoted. That company wanted to fix more than was necessary and would have taken even longer! I saved time and money having Mr. Appliance do the work. I am relieved that I have found such a wonderful company and someone like Thomas, with a great work ethic and whom I can trust!

Provided by YP.comHIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Great customer service. Worked with us and Electrolux to get our refrigerator fixed. Electrolux was not the easiest to work with and the Mr. Appliance crew worked patiently to get our unit repaired. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I run a food-based business. It never fails that our appliances choose to break down at night, on the weekends, or just before one of our big events. I know when I call Mr. Appliance in my state of panic that someone will get back to me quickly. I don't think I've ever waited more than twenty minutes for a return call.
Matt and his team schedule me as soon as possible, show up on time, and get to the heart of the problem immediately. The entire team is knowledgeable, polite, neat and clean, both in appearance and their manner of working. Best of all, Matt is honest and fair in his assessments and his pricing.
They have repaired our oven on several occasions, maintained our refrigerator, fixed our washer/dryer, found me a great used washer/dryer at a fabulous price when I wanted an upgrade, and so much more. I consider them one of my most valuable resources!
I have referred Mr. Appliance to several people, including my mother who also raves about the excellent service she has received from the "nice gentlemen" at Mr. Appliance.

Provided by YP.comMy family and I have used the good folks at Mr. Appliance on numerous occasions. Additionally, my mother has used them at least two times. Every experience with them has been a very positive one. These guys even clean up after themselves; what a nice little touch. These guys are human; they once repaired an ice dispenser and did not quiet get it right the first time. However, they quickly and professionally "made it right". I would recommend Mr. Appliance anytime.

Provided by YP.comI had an amazing experience with this company when I called for a repair on my microwave. The lady who scheduled my appointment was very polite as was the technician and he was very knowledgeable. He used shoe covers to keep my floors clean and made sure to put everything back in the order he found it in after he was done with the repair. In comparison to other companies I have had to call for repairs, this company is definitely one that I will recommend to everyone I know!

Provided by YP.comWorst company ever. They are unprofessional, rude, and not all that knowledgeable. They also seem to be a little pricey! The technician that came to my house got dirt all over my house and left my house a mess when he left. He also told me that I should learn how to operate a dishwasher even though the issues was that it was not rinsing correctly and leaving a white film over everything. Jet dry and switching soaps have not helped.
Will never use them again or allow them to step foot in my house. They were horrible!
