Port City Fencing has a MAJOR communication issue. They never had me sign a contract to begin with. They told me it would take 2.5 weeks from estimation to have a fence. THIS IS WHY I CHOSE THEM. I had them out for an estimate in the Winter time and once I finally received my estimate a week and a half after it was dated for, and after contacting them to even get the price weeks after they had been out to my house I emailed them back to see what my next steps were. I never heard from them again. I gave them a few weeks to reply and started calling. It took several unreturned phone calls to finally talk to someone to have them take my deposit. I put down $1600 with them and was told I would receive a phone call in less than a week's time to schedule installation. The week goes by, no phone call. I call them 3 times in one week and finally get someone to answer on the 3rd try and they tell me oh yeah we were going to call you later today... So they call me back and tell me its still going to be about 2 weeks before material is delivered and then they can install. They said since we have been waiting they will schedule us right away. Of course, I have to call them to confirm if the material has arrived or not. They send someone out on Saturday. NOW THIS IS 2 MONTHS AFTER ESTIMATE (not the 2.5 weeks they promised). The guys come out and the brush has grown up since it is almost summer time now. So now they want me to pay for this to be cleared when it is their fault and none of this had ever been discussed. I am still waiting for my fence to be installed.
AVOID PORT CITY FENCING AT ALL COSTS.
