it's too bad that you cant give a negative rating on this site... This company has a very rude, inconsiderate staff. Not only the staff but the owner as well. My mother got one delivery last month without a problem, but this month.......No service! I tried to re-order my mothers incontinent supplies last week on Thursday, and was told that someone will give me a call on Monday about the delivery. Monday comes around... No call..I called in on Tuesday and was told that the driver will call me, which he did, he asked me how bad do I need the supplies, I told him if you cant make it out today then tomorrow will be fine. I thought it was settled, until I get a call from Jessica in the office telling me that they will not send anything out until the doctor send them some number. Just the way she was telling me on the phone you can see that she has a big attitude problem, So I had to get on the phone and hunt down this number that they want thru the doctors office and was told that it was sent out to them already. So today I called San Diego Homecare to check on the status and as soon as I gave my name and asked for Jessica, I was put on hold for awhile and instead of picking up to talk to me, they put it through to a voice mail. So I called right back, and another lady answers and already had attitude with me, I explained my situation that my mother was completely out of supplies, and it's their job to take it up with the doctors office not mine and you can tell that she really didn't care, she kept on talking over me. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she laughed and told me that she was the OWNER of the company, I couldn't believe it. These people don't care about the patients needs at all, I suggest you don't even bother with this company, their are plenty others out there!!!! Plus their supplies are of low quality anyways compared to others. Any one who runs a business knows that customer service is the most important part of a company without it you have nothing... And for the owner to talk to someone the way she did and to laugh about it makes me sick

it's hard enough having to take care of my bed ridden mother for 10 years now, and don't need to deal with bull.
