I really recommend this place. They're very friendly, caring, and my dog loves them.

I must admit that at first I was afraid to kennel my cats. I'd never done it before and I wasn't sure what to expect. The highly rated local kennels were hiving me the runaround because they couldn't accommodate 6 cats so near the 4th of July holiday and wanted exorbitant fees. I only needed them put up for one Saturday but most places are closed on Sundays so I'd have to pay for two days and pick up Monday. AJ Country Care was very accommodating and had a very clean facility. Th cats are kept in separate building from the dogs and comfortably caged and calm. The room temperature wad very comfortable and everyone was happy. I could bring my own food or toys and I was very reassured that my babies were in good hands. I love this place and I know what my choice will be from now on.

Ruth is really nice..the kennel is nice & clean in a country setting. You are able to bring what ever your doggie like (i.e., blankets, toys, favorite bowl, doggie treats etc.) The price is reasonable and if you need a weekend stay--Sunday's are closed so you have until 1 on Monday to pick up your pet...after 2pm there will be another day's charge. They will also give your dog a bath before returning home. We will definitely use this place again!

I recently moved out to california and wasn't very familiar with the area but we promised the kids a trip to disneyland before dad went back to work. we just had one problem, what do we do with Bailey? Bailey had to go on vacation too. I didn't want to take him all the way to Hanford knowing that at the end of our trip we woldn't want to drive to pick him up. So I called and Bailey was able to stay at AJ Country Kennel. He was able to wake up every morning and look out of his run to see roosters, a horse, and peacocks of all things. I wonder if he enjoyed his vacation as much as we humans did.
