Worst place to live in Lemoore, The new management is just awful and gets away with a lot. Maintenance sucks, Danny don't know how to fix things the proper way and mickey mouse's everything. Its dirty and inside the apartments are old and outdated. The new manager is half retarded and sits in her cave, I'm thinking GSF properties sent their worst employees here..... Anyways, If you complain they will retaliate. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

They aren't even worth one star. Lived here since May of 2011 and regret it everyday. This place is a piece of crap and the new owners GSF Properties Inc, Fresno, CA, who took over in June are worthless Slums. The new manager Amy Commons is a micromanager on a power trip. She's hostile, rude and talks down to me as a tenant. I reported a water leak Wednesday and maintenance changed my shower head and left with out inspecting where water was coming from upstairs causing my cieling downstairs to leak on my desk and creat the drywall to sag. Now I have a ceiling hanging and never fixed. I was retaliated against today for me speaking up and received a 3 day notice. They are shady and inconsiderate.
