HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I went to Allure Nails three times. The first time I went it was for a full set of acrylics. I could tolerate the woman being rude the entire time but when she cut 6 of my nail-beds I was FURIOUS. The second time I went for a manicure thinking they would have a different outcome and maybe I would be placed with a different girl. I was placed with this woman who clearly had no clue what she was doing. She cut my nail-beds on 8 fingers!!!!! When it came time for polish she turned me away because I was bleeding. SHE CAUSED THE BLEEDING. Then I HAD TO PAY full price for a manicure with no polish!!! My final trip was by far the worst thing in the end. I went in for a pedicure with my friend. We went through our pedicures no problem but a week after my toes were swelling and ingrown! She had dug her DIRTY tools into my toes and now I have to get a nail PERMANENTLY REMOVED by a doctor. DO NOT GO HERE. DIRTY TOOLS and BAD SERVICE.

I used to love going there but the last two time i have gone first the polish on my fingernails chipped after a few day even though i used the gel and last night i had a mani/pedi a the polish my toes only lasted one night. I went back to ask if i could get a discount the next time i came in ..i was told it was my fault. .sorry i love Kim but i cant keep spending my money there if it isnt going to last more than one night

Went on a Wednesday afternoon fast service didn't have to wait.
Prices are great, $17 for refill with 1 plain color.
Thao is super nice and makes you feel welcome
