Customer Service that exceeds expectations of what you would ever receive!!!

Xavier and all of the staff a not only very knowledgeable; but they go beyond to meet and exceed my needs and I am a customer service trainer who really appreciates exceptional service. Xavier was able to work with me in less than three minutes and teach me how to better utilize my Iphone, he is a guru!!! They that is the staff make you not only feel comfortable but treat you like family. The Manager of that store I believe her name is Pat is very fortunate to have such a great staff; and she is also remarkable. Thanks to all!!! Xavier can be reach at 913-396-3329; he actually gave it to me so if I ever needed anything in the future he would be able to take care of me.
