Bought a washer / dryer units here about 10 months ago. They were not the lowest price, but agreed to price match Lowe's. The delivery / installers were terrible. It was raining, and they had nothing to protect the carpet from the mud. They did not have a level to level up the units and did not even have any duct tape to hook up the dryer vent. Luckily, I had these items. Then, they did not tighten the locking nuts on the legs, so the units quickly went out of level. They even reversed the hot & cold water hookups on the washer! When I went to email the salesman to complain, the email address on his business card is not valid. About all I can say is the delivery men arrived on time and got the units in the door.
