Interior design is much more than furniture and matching pieces together, according to Angelo Wright Jr. It is a world! Design is the foundation in some shape, form, or fashion. He believes that all colors, textures, and shapes inspire a theme for a design. Angelo fell in love with the arts at the age of 8. He was introduced to orchestra, where he played the cello, while attending Symington Elementary in Grandview, Missouri. Angelo found peace and tranquility in playing the cello, but began to want to find other ways to explore his creativity.Angelo later went on to take pottery classes and design art classes throughout his high school career at Blue Springs High School. After graduating in 2005, Angelo started to attend art school at The Art Institute of Kansas City. He first had an interest in Architectural Studies and found structure of buildings to be similar to how his lifestyle was. He later realized that he was more passionate about interior design.
