WATCH OUT!!!



hobbywearhouse.com just charged me today 2 times for a duratrax ext2! But I paid for it 3 months ago!



I called them up on the way to the bank and They said that I had placed two orders and canceled them and that they were waiting for the bank to authorize them even though they were canceled! I was on my account with them a few days ago to print my invoice so I could send it to duratrax to get some new parts for my broken ones. Never did I click any buy it now or anything I just logged in and printed the invoice! even if I had accidentally ordered something I wouldn't have canceled it on accident too!!!



So I went strait to my bank today and called them at the same time... Anyway long story short I was talking with the supervisor (who was the first one to answer my call yeah right!) and she threatened to hang up, Then we (my Mom and I) got her talking to the banker for about 3 seconds then she hung up!



So because of this the bank is filing fraud, and I had to get a new card. So I take back anything I said about them being nice or honest, because they are obviously not!

This company should not even be in business!!! They are THIEVES!!! This company has stooped to the level of taking money from the elderly. I have left MANY messages and emails...they are fully aware that the person in this case is 70+ years old.



HOBBY WAREHOUSE AND STAFF SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!!

all automatically generated email, no tracking numbers, no shipping date or info, cannot get through on the phone, buy from someone else, don't waste your money with these idiots, they don't care and just want your money, 'virtual inventories' probably drop shipping fools !!!!!!!

2 times I have tried to order different parts from this company and both times they gave me the same excuse. Both times they sent me a pre-written email stating that they just sold their last one. Both emails were identical except they inserted the different part names and numbers. Both times they emailed me back stating - Sorry it's not our fault, it's the manufacturers fault - Except both times they would spell manufacturer like this... manufacture. Each time I waited 60 days and finally had to get the part elsewhere. I don't believe they are a warehouse, I believe this is a kid living in his moms basement and I am scared that he now has my credit info.

They answered all my questions. What more could you ask for?
