Dec 8/ 2013 I wen't to this place and ordered two sausage biscuits. I drove all the way home when I got there guess what no sausage on the biscuit. I stay around the woodland exit. I drove all the way back it kind of ruined my morning. I told the manager how can anybody makeing that not know they were just putting a buiscuit in the paper. He said ok and just left the window and didn't ask me how I would like to resolve it. Waldo the manager brought new buiscuits. At that point I said I want a refund. He just got the change never applogized or even said sorry. Waldo is very insensative if thasts evden his name. I think thats what the chick said. Dark haired guy with glasses. The cost of gas was more than the $2. What a bad trip. Dude acts like a robot the manager.

Standard McD food, Poor customer service

In short I had a bad experience 12/17/09. I went through an ATM on the way to the theater and retrieved $40 in cash (two twenty dollars bills) and stopped by McDonalds drive-through for a quick meal on the way.



I handed the cashier a twenty for a meal that cost 5.61 with tax. He was having trouble with the register and told me it wasn't allowing him to retrieve the total bill. He added that there was no use getting a manager because they didn't know anything. He eventually pressed what I assumed was the CASH button indicating I paid the exact amount which opened the drawer, then said he'd have to guess at the change and sort of laughed. Handed me a stack of ones and some change and I made the mistake of assuming it was the correct amount.



On the way to the theater I looked at the money and realized he had made a mistake and gave me change for a ten and not a twenty, however I was running late so went to the theater and called the next morning to let the manager know of the mistake.



The manager passed me to another manager who indicated that she checked the deposit amount and it was not over so there was no error.



So, the food was okay, but like so many fast food restaurants these days customer service is pretty much gone. Shame on me for not taking the time to count the change and go through the bag to ensure everything was exactly what I ordered (which it was this time) but shame on the management for not making me a very satisfied customer.
