I hired him to build an outdoor retaining wall. At the tallest point, the wall is 7 layers high, he didn't bury the bottom layer, it is actually above ground a few inches sitting on sand and AB3. The rule is if a wall is 3 layers or more then the bottom layer should be completely buried. He covered it up by pushing loose dirt around the bottom, I found the problem the next day when I was cleaning up all the dirt he left in my yard. I'm going to have to rebuild the wall because it is going to start crumbling down.

They did work on my patio and installed led outdoor lighting. The work was definitely worth the price.

I hired Platinum Outdoor Concepts back in June to design and install a drainage system to run water off of my property. I was so satisfied with their work that I had them come back out to install LED flood lights across my landscape. David was professional and very knowledgeable. The work was beautiful but efficient. I definitely feel like I got what I paid for. I would highly recommend them for any type of landscaping work.

For a gift to my Mom, I simply wanted a retaining wall built with shaded flowers. Something my Mom could enjoy. This company is awful. They did very sloppy work and were not at all easy to work with. I kept having to call them back again and again to fix the things that they messed up. Things were broken, wires were hanging out everywhere, and things were not done according to what we had discussed. I will NEVER work with them again and I hope that this review will help at least one other person from going through the same heartache and frustration as me.

INCREDIBLE WORK. I hired Platinum Outdoor Concepts to trim 4 big trees in my yard. They did a fantastic job from start to finish, very respectful, great price, cleaned up all the tree branch and hauled them off. I would recommend them to anyone that wants quality service a reason price.
