continues to be one of the worst retail experiences of my life.

The hourly employees try very hard working inconsistent hours for pennies and being treated like children. while the upper management hide in the back rooms during busy times, playing games, acting like children, total lack of leadership.

Only goal expressed from managers to hourly employees is policing expired memberships and convincing sheep to sign credit agreements. You can occasionally hear them yelling on open mic walkie talkies about how they just got another credit app signed and how thats "well on our way to 50 for today" with absurd screaming and yelling in the background. This is motivation?



I shop at Costco now.

It seems like turnover is minimal at this store-from the greeter, checkers and check receipt person-they have been there for years. Nice to see such friendly familiar faces.
