Charles and Mary Barger established Barger & Sons in 1967. The company s product line includes grease and grit separators, septic and pump tanks, fire cisterns, storm shelters, booster station vaults, meter pits, valve pits, parking curbs, stepping stones, post supports, corner blocks, water storage tanks, custom concrete applications, control station housing, catch basins, sampling wells and valve box collars. Headquarted in Harriman, Tenn., Barger & Sons has a branch office in Kingston, Tenn. It is one of the plants in East Tennessee that specializes in tank manufacturing. The National Precast Concrete Association certified the company s manufacturing facility in 2005.
