YALL.. NEED.. JESUS! I was just there 5 mins ago, I took a fry and eat it. Suddenly I had cramps. Really bad cramps from the fry. I will never go there again.

This is about the worst Hardees I've ever been to. Long wait times, even for breakfast, and poor or even unfriendly service, and that's assuming your order is correct. Fries and hashbrowns are usually not in their containers and just spilled out in the bag. Don't know how they are still in business. I only tried it again this week because the other restaurant was only taking cash that morning. Unfortunately, nothing has changed.

I live right around the corner from this Hardees, but I would walk 5 more miles to eat somewhere else. I can't fathom why people keep coming back to this restaurant unless they just enjoy being sick! They have the worst service, the order is always wrong! I don't get why they're still open.

I have been a customer of this Hardee's for a long time just because out of the majority of fast food joints in Lenoir City, Hardee's has the best tasting burgers. This Hardee's however has always had a terribly long wait for food. The longest I've waited was 20 minutes at the drive through window for two simple burger combos. However it has always tasted so good we haven't minded the wait. My opinion has changed this last week so strongly that I will NEVER eat at this Hardee's again so long as I live. I ordered a regular burger meal and bit into it only to realize the meat was only partially cooked and there was also a hair in the fries. The woman whom handled the money I gave her was the one who brought out the food (I really hope that she wasnt also preparing it as I noticed she and another cashier were the only ones inside). About an hour after eating the one bite of burger I have had the worst stomach cramps. I ended up in the emergency room with food poisoning and a swollen liver. It has now been 4 days and I still am severely sick. I strongly urge anyone to NOT eat at this Hardee's as I would never wish this sickness on even my worst enemies.
