I have been on a search for a quality used vehicle since the middle of July, I check all the major dealers in Hickory and surrounding areas and searched the net. I passed AutoWorld of Lenoir a few weeks ago and decided to take a look at their inventory; it was after hours on a Saturday. A week later still on my search my husband and I drove through the lot and found a few cars we wanted to look at- a Hond Civic and a Toyota Corolla. We returned to the lot on Monday to inquire about the two vehicles: We met salesman Kirby Anderson who was happy to show us both vehicles coupled with the car fax for each. We took the Honda for a test drive and had our mechanic review the vehicle; he found nothing wrong with it and spoke very highly of AutoWorld. We continued our search that day in other local lots but we really liked the Honda: I searched a 75 mile radius and could not find a better priced Honda of the same year. I am happy to report my experience with this dealer has been very positive and very pleasant. Every individual I met at AutoWorld including owner/management acted in a very professional manner and it was very apparent to me they place a high priority on Customer Service. I also found they have a good selection of vehicles that was in my price range (under 10k). You should give AutoWorld of Lenoir a look, I do not think you will be disappointed. We recently bought a car from Autoworld. They were very helpful and courteous. They waited for us to arrive knowing it would be later than the dealership stayed open normally. I would recommend this place to anyone. They don't hound you like most dealerships do. And they have a nice inventory to choose from. Quality service, affordable pricing, I could'nt have asked for a better experience buying a car.
