I love this practice and would recommend it highly to anyone seeking a compasionate, informed, open-minded and down to earth team of medical providers. I have had experience with Dr. Liesengang and I feel he has done his best to help my difficult and complex set of issues more so than any other doctor I have dealt with over my 35+ years as a chronic pain sufferer with anxiety, gouty arthritis (he diagnosed this),PTSD issues and the list continues on and on. Dr. Liesengang always encourages me to try new approaches or ideas to keep as healthy as is possib le, he offers practial advise and actually spends time with patients. If he can not figure something out, he will find a doctor who can for me.

His nurse is personable and easy to talk with, she has went out of her way to help me get prescriptions and a local referral to someone that could help me with pain issues more agressively.

I adore the staff that check you out, they always smile and chit chat with you They offer care to those who do not have insurance on a sliding scale fee. The usual check in is fast and simple. Be prepared to show all your medicines when you visit. They do have a poilicy of this, so if you leave those meds at home, yDoctors can run behind on occasion. I would suggour appointment will be rescheduled. They take Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross and other major insureres.
Appointments can take time, but if you are having problems that need faster care, they can schedule you with thrst e nurse. On site lab helps with blood work draws. Overall a great clinic that cares for it's people. They call you buy name and you do not feel like just a "patient."
No urgent care is provided, but they can work in sick cases on a daily basis. I Highly recommend these folks for adults to elderly patients you can be assured you will get help here.

Beware of the Nurse Practitioner Kinser. After moving here from another state, I went to this office specifically for a referral to a GI Specialist to continue treatment for a lifetime illness and she proceeded to tell me that I am overweight (which I already knew and is an unfortunate symptom of the illness that I have) and then charged me $75 dollars for behavioral counseling which I did not come for or need. She literally insulted me and then charged me for it. I was appalled. I attempted to get the charges removed and the lady in billing was rude and condescending. I will not be back to this office...ever.
