Provided by YPmobileNot professional at all. If a salon cannot even curl your hair the way you want or even curl it period, why call yourself a salon.

Provided by YP.comI have been going to this salon for about two years. When I first started going to them my former hair stylist had over permed and over colored my hair. David Icard, my stylist, began to use treatments for the damage done to my hair as it was breaking off about half way down the hair shaft. He still colored my hair but recommended I not perm as this is what had damaged my hair so significantly. Finally after two years, he has my hair healthy and shiny again! I am so glad I went to him and I can tell you that no one else will touch my hair as long as he continues to work.

Provided by YP.comI have always had a positive experience here and wouldn't trust anyone else to cut my hair. I can't post the name of my stylist because I have a tough enough time getting appointments with her on short notice. However, I am a guy and I cannot vouch for girly curls and color. But If your wanting to look like 1995 or getting your mullet trimmed you should probably go elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comI recently went to this salon to have my hair put up for a wedding. The stylist seemed nice at first. I wanted my hair half up and half down. When I asked to have my hair loosely curled rather thatn straight, he acted as if I was ruining his day. He said the curls would never stay and that I had no idea what the weather was like there. First of all, I've lived in that area for most of my life. Secondly, I now live in Greensboro where the humidity is much worse than Lenoir. I know my hair. I told him that my hair had been curled for my own wedding and it stayed all day and night. He started making irritated faces, so I went to another hair stylist in the salon and she curled it for me. She was very sweet and helpful. The bride was almost in tears because her stylist kept saying he couldn't do what she wanted with her hair. She had layered hair down past her shoulders. He kept telling her how it was just going to have to be. He ended up putting a hair piece in her hair, which worked well. However, I showed him a few spots where her hair needed to be secured more and he told me that it was fine. He looked at me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. Her hair started falling out on the drive back from the salon. I ended up repairing her hair as soon as we got to the church. Another girl in the wedding came in after us and told us they started talked bad about us as soon as we left the salon. They also had really bad equipment. My stylist didn't even have his own flat iron. I should have brought my own from home. I would definatly not recommend going to either of the men that work in this salon. I talked to several of the girls that worked there and they were extremely nice, especially the ones that helped me out.
