I called to catch a taxi for 6am for a day procedure at BMC after giving my location and inquiring how much it would be she said it would be exspensive, when I still wanted to know I said I would need to call her back after speaking with my husband she then said not to call back because it was to early and didn't want to do it then told me to call an ambulance and hung up on me! I didn't realize being open 24 hours meant only when Convienient for them.after reading the other reviews I'm wondering how this buisness is still running. Only getting one star because it's the minimum otherwise wouldn't be getting any!

Dispatcher Patricia rudely hang up on me twice just because I asked a question. Absurd.

They were very flexible, early and felt very safe with the kind driver!

Very rude.



More of a "What do you want?" attitude rather then "How can I help you?"



Hung up on me when I asked for the owner, and then threatened me when I called back to speak to the owner about the poor attitude.
