Provided by YP.comBought a 5 lb Beef Tenderloin on Christmas Eve. It was perfectly trimmed & tied.
Pan seared 2 mins each of four sides - placed it on partially cooked vegie in a foil lined pad - Roasted it in 425o oven for 22 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Deglazed the searing pan with 1 cup chicken stock & 1 Cup Madiera - added small button mushrooms and reduced the liquid & strained broth.
