Discovery Home Inspection helps the home buyer or seller by providing the facts on the property they’re buying or selling.  Whether it is a Condo, Townhouse, Single, Two or Three Family home, William Vicaire at Discovery Home Inspection will provide you with the data needed to make and confidant, well informed decision. William Vicaire~ a typical home inspection takes 2-3 hours.  My goal is to provide you with the information you need about the property to make sound a decision.  I find that the amount of stress one has, is due in part to the lack of data.  It is hard and stressful enough just going through the buying process.  I try and reduce this by giving you the facts about the home and helpful maintenance tips to keep future repair costs down.  At the end of the inspection, I can print your report onsite or email it to you in PDF format.  The report will contain all of the systems of the home and their related components, how I graded them and why.  It will also have pictures of the components that were not fully functional.  The end of the report will have a marginal and a defective summary.  This will be all the less than acceptable components that were listed throughout the report for easy review.
