No star worst company ever. Not even a company open only 830 to 12 noon and most of the time no one is there . If you need a quote oops to bad they say they will come look at new construction and give a written quote nope Duane just ignores you and you never hear from him no matter how much you call. But you can find him sitting at the kwick check every morningfor hours drinking coffee or sitting on the side of the road doing nothing. And if your water is off don't worry it will be on half a day to a day later . The sewage smell in the water guess that's ok to or tastes like straight chlorine from a bottle. Changes back and forth.... Lastly price of water meter goes up yearly it seems like last year 2015 it was 2500 now 4000 for a meter you can buy for 250 online. O im sorry forgot they put your payment on some else's bill A few times a year and then try to charge you for late fee and Non payment....

Not happy with the new "Minimum Bill" idea. We live on a fixed income. This hurts. It's just my wife and I and we only use half what is included in this new "Minimum Bill" of $30. Utilities such as water are based on usage... It's NOT one size fits all.



This is not good !!!
