Very Good Customer Service

Needed to find a Chase Bank Branch office in order to secure a loan for a car that I was buying in Dallas, but there isn't one in Lubbock, TX. So I did an internet search and found out there was one in Levelland, TX about 45 minutes away. Spoke to Gloria Gonzales and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. A pleasant surprise!
