Provided by YP.comI believe the woman mentioned in the previous post is named Jennifer. She is to be avoided at all costs. I went in for a pregnancy test, which I had been told several times was free of charge. When she called me up to the front desk- she asked me quite coldly if I had insurance. I am in the process of applying for medicaid so I responded no. She immediately scowls at me like I am the devil, and DEMANDS $85. Doesn't ask me, or try to keep her tone pleasant whatsoever. When I looked confused for a moment, she again said , "That will be $85 dollars, NOW* When I and one of her co-workers stated once more I was there for a pregnancy test ( which was also written in huge bold script at the top of my intake papers ) she let loose a very exasperated sigh and said, "FINE- Just go sit back down!" I stood there stunned for a moment, not able to comprehend someone acting like a spoiled toddler at her workplace! My six year old son has better social skills! The rest the folks there seemed very nice, helpful, and willing to display the Christian Values of Covenant Health System. This woman however, displayed the behavior of a discontent sadist. Very displeased with how I was treated today.

Provided by YP.comI just had my first visit here. I called yesterday to gather some information, and the lady on the phone was very sweet, kind, and supportive. But... when I walked in today, it was obvious that the lady I was dealing with in person had a very different attitude. She was incredibly short with me. Her tone was one of complete disdain for everyone in the office. Her facial scowl reminded me of Ursula, the villain from The Little Mermaid. When her lack of preparation was pointed out to her by myself and one of her coworkers, she flipped her hair to the side, and said "FINE" in the same way that a snotty 14 year old girl would do when you tell her she can't rollerblade through the mall in a miniskirt. I've worked in healthcare all of my life, and I have never seen a patient treated with such disregard. If you do visit this clinic, do everything in your power to avoid the big lady with a thin, blonde ponytail. She will make you regret your choice of clinics by using a tone that signals a life without gratitude or compassion, but full of selfish motives and an autistic-like lack of understanding that other people exist. If you can avoid her, you should have a pleasant visit!!
